Returns, Exchanges and Credit

Exchanges and Refunds

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, Legends account history or gift receipt). Product much be in a new, unused and re-saleable condition.

Upon accepted return of your products, we will issue a store credit that you can use to purchase new products. If you require a refund, we will review refund requests on a case by case basis. We want to make you happy, and earn your business - so please know that we will work with you so that you love the Wellmate shopping experience.

How will I receive my credit or refund?

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

If you would like to return a product that was purchased using a Wellmate Gift Card, eGift Card or account credit, your refund will be credited in the form of another Wellmate Gift Card or account credit.

A Wellmate Gift Card (purchased as a new card or gift, not issued as credit) has a 3 year expiry from issue date.

Promotional and Legend Rewards Cashback credits may expire sooner. Expiration of credit units will be communicated via email and/or in your customer account. Typically these credits may expire within 90-180 days.

Costs of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund.

How long will my return take?

Due to the COVID-19 situation impacting delivery timeframes, and the need for incoming returns to be quarantined for 72 hours, returns are taking a little longer than usual.

For returns via post, products typically are currently taking 7 to 10 business days to reach our warehouse. Once our warehouse receives your return and the 72 hours quarantine has passed, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account if we issued a refund.

How do I make a return/exchange?

1. Check that you meet the above return conditions.

2. Find your order/receipt number.

3. If you purchased online, it can be found on your confirmation/shipment email.

4. Please contact our Customer Support team (via web chat or email) and we'll be able to asses your exchange/return request.

5. We will supply you with a return shipping label to return the products to us.

I’ve received a product as a gift. Can I return it?

Gifted products can be returned for an exchange or gift card within 90 days provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase and the product is unused and in a resellable condition. Personal intimacy products may not be returned due to safety compliance. Full refunds are not available for gift returns, only exchange/store credit.

How are personal intimacy items shipped?

When you order personal intimacy items, we individually wrap those items discreetly within your discreet parcel. Ordering your personal intimacy products along with your skin and hair care needs makes one-stop shopping that much easier. Like most retailers across Australia, personal intimacy products cannot be accepted as a return/exchange due to safety compliance.

What happends to my cashback earnings after a return?

If you earned cashback credit through our Legend Rewards program and used those credits to make a purchase, those credits will be refunded to your account upon a successful return. However, you will forfeight any new cashback credits earned on the purchase that you are returning.

For example, you earned $10 cashback on your order of $100. You returned your order for a full refund. The $10 cashback earned as credit will be forfeigted and removed from your account. If you already redeemed the $10 cashback credit on a secondary purchase, that $10 value will be deducted from your original refund amount.

These policies are primarily to protect Wellmate from fraud and abuse. We want to make the entire Wellmate shopping experience fun and rewarding, and we will always work with you to earn your business.
